Evercor Facility Management is seeking dependable, detail oriented, hardworking and knowledgeable landscape lawn maintenance Crew Leaders to ensure all company standards are met through the supervision of staff to deliver quality lawn and landscaping services that exceed client expectations. Based in the Lancaster, PA area.
This position is not just for the landscape season – snow removal services are performed in the winter.
Qualified candidates will have 2+ years supervisory experience in landscape lawn maintenance, a safety first mindset, developed supervisory skills, work independently and side by side with staff, adjust to the changing requirements of the project, possess a customer service orientation, be on time and on budget. Bilingual English/Spanish language skills are not required but are desirable.
Essential Requirements of the Position:
- 2+ years supervisory experience in landscape lawn maintenance.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Meet eligibility requirements for employment in the US.
- Participate in pre-employment and random drug screening.
