New Initiatives in the New Year
Next year (2020) will be our 25th year of business. From our humble beginnings as Evergreen Landscaping Services in 1995 to now, we have grown to become one of the largest privately owned self-performing facility maintenance firms in the Mid-Atlantic. While we have been longtime supporters of children and veteran charities, we have decided to increase our community stewardship going into our 25th year.
In celebration of this milestone, we plan to implement new business and community ventures throughout 2020. As we continue to grow, we will also assist the growth of the communities we serve. Therefore we are thrilled to launch the Evercor Foundation, an organization designed to support children and veterans within the Wyoming Valley, Lehigh Valley, and Lancaster areas through funding, material, and labor donations.
“This is the proudest accomplishment of my career, and something I have been wanting to do for a very long time,” said Pat Kane, Evercor President. “I look forward to sharing more information on the projects we are supporting as they develop further.”
Our current projects such as the veteran program Greencare for Troops and the Wyoming Valley Challenger Little League, a baseball league for special needs children and adults, will fall under the foundation’s umbrella. Stay tuned as we roll out the foundation and other initiatives in 2020 as part of our 25th anniversary celebration!
