After meeting onsite to identify your needs, we measure and document every inch of your property to prepare a proposal for your evaluation.
We conduct onsite training and interactive site maps for everyone involved with your site operations. All of our drivers are provided with site-specific notes and aerial images.
The 12-24 hours before a storm arrives, we are monitoring reports and in communication with our on-call meteorologists. Based upon these reports, we will prepare and send an email to our customers "Forecast and Plan" for how we will manage the pending storm.
When a storm is forecasted, we arrive onsite before the first flake hits the ground. Our crews conduct site assessments to determine what actions are needed to carry out your customized services and ensure our performance meets the quality standards you were promised.
The site supervisor conducts a post-event inspection for quality control and communicates the completion of services via email.

Top-of-the-Line Commercial Snow & Ice Removal Equipment
We own, utilize, and maintain a large fleet of leading-edge commercial snow removal and deicing vehicles and other equipment like wheel loaders, skid steer loaders, and Ventrac’s. This also includes dedicated on-site equipment when necessary to ensure the right job can be done - every time. We operate close to 200 pieces of heavy equipment during a winter event.
All of our vehicles are equipped with GPS devices and monitored by our Logistics team from our central dispatch center. Our trucks use front-facing cameras so real-time conditions can be relayed to the operations team in our command center. All heavy equipment uses VisionLink or Hi-Mate to provide maintenance diagnostics and fuel conditions to the operations managers during s storm.
Certified Winter Storm Reports
Evercor provides 3rd party certified storm reports to validate snow depths and document site conditions for future reference. We also provide customers with updates prior to the storm and also changes in weather patterns during the storm event. Our 3rd party systems also help operations managers quickly dispatch and alert teams of unpredictable, fast-moving snow events such as unexpected snow squalls.
Customized Snow Response Plans & On-Site Training
We work diligently with our clients to create a comprehensive plan to ensure that everyone is on the same page and understands exactly what the site requirements will be during winter storms. We then provide on-site training to all drivers, operators, site supervisors, managers, shovelers and anyone else who might be involved in site operations.
Interactive Site Maps & Real Time Snow Event Communication
We provide interactive site maps for each facility to improve efficiency during an active snow event. We keep in constant communication with our clients during a storm to provide them with the current site conditions and information they need to operate their facility.
