You have a successful track record in selling business services to corporate and professional firms and are looking for your next challenge. You must be willing to cold call and develop a sales region from the ground up. You must be able to articulate the value proposition of our firm to win business from incumbent vendors in a saturated and competitive market.
You can establish a sales process and live within a CRM system to stay organized leveraging relevant KPIs to win business. You must have a hunter mentality in generating new leads and converting them to winning proposals. Experience in selling facility services or working with building or facility managers is a plus. Travel throughout the Eastern District of PA and Central NJ for client meetings as required ~30% with occasional overnights.
You must have prior earnings of at least $100,000 on a variable compensation plan and the desire to earn more by exceeding sales goals.
