We’re seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
SNOW LABORERS:
Job Type: Seasonal
Salary: Starting at $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
This position works with a team or individually to clear sidewalks for pedestrians with tools like a shovel, snowblower, or salt spreader. Prior experience is preferred but not required. Individuals who can work any shift on an on-call basis are highly desirable and there may even be opportunities for overtime (time and a half). If you’re looking for extra income in addition to your current employment, we will work to accommodate the days and hours you are available during snow events.
HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATORS & TRUCK DRIVERS:
Job Type: Seasonal
Salary: Starting at $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
We have positions for Heavy Equipment Operators proficient in operating machines like Skid Steers, Backhoes, and Wheel Loaders. Operators and drivers work with a team or individually to remove snow from vehicle paths and parking lots. Truck Drivers will drive snow plow trucks to perform pre-treatment of surfaces and remove snow and/or transport heavy equipment, supplies, and crews. Drivers should have experience driving in a professional capacity (box trucks, delivery vehicles, dump trucks, prior snow plow experience, etc.) Individuals with flexible availability to work any schedule, on-call, and long shifts are highly desired. There may be opportunities for significant overtime (time and a half). If you’re looking for extra income in addition to your current employment, we will work to accommodate the days and hours you are available during snow events.
Please include with information regarding companies you have worked for as a driver or equipment operator, and types of trucks or equipment you have operated in a professional capacity with a minimum of 1 year of experience. Candidates with snow removal experience are strongly preferred.
QUALITY CONTROL & AREA/SITE MANAGERS:
Job Type: Seasonal
Salary: Starting at $55.00 to $75.00 per hour
Our quality control inspectors and area managers are responsible for checking the quality of work at each site, as well as the safety of our snow teams. This job involves tasks such as conducting site wellness visits, documentation and record keeping, and general snow management oversight. Qualified candidates must have proven quality control or management experience.
