Evercor Welcomes New Sales Manager

Evercor, a self-performing facilities maintenance firm specializing in the maintenance and support of commercial and industrial facilities, recently added Lawrence P. Berti to the management team.

Berti will be responsible for expanding the company’s customer base and increasing brand engagement with core customers by broadening the depth of services provided to each client.

“With the addition of an industry veteran like Larry, Evercor is excited to continue expanding our reach while serving the needs of our clients,” said Pat Kane, President. “Larry will be a tremendous leader for our sales team.”

With 36 years of experience in the sales industry, Berti brings a wide range of skills to the company. He climbed the corporate ladder at Coates Toners in Dallas, PA, starting as a sales executive and eventually becoming CMO in 2008. During his time at Coates he developed, organized, and managed key strategic relationships to drive multi-million dollar sales initiatives.

“I am excited and humbled to be given this management opportunity with Evercor,” said Berti, “I believe the company is strategically positioned to continue and sustain profitable growth through superior customer service and a multitude of self performing site services. My goal at Evercor is to facilitate and manage sales growth, while becoming part of a successful team.”

Berti is a 1987 graduate of Pennsylvania State University, with a degree in advertising. In his free time he enjoys aviation, reading, science, astronomy, art, hunting, and fishing.
